Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

Free Shipping
Orders over $50 CAD qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, Little Steps is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, socks and underwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Start a Return
To start a return for eligible items, please contact us at littlestepsapparel@gmail.com.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
